Scope
These pages cover the public website, early-access waitlist, technical audits, and hosted post.work application. A paid engagement may also be governed by a separate written contract, order, or data processing agreement.
Contract and customer communication is available in Slovak or English as agreed.
Supervision and alternative dispute resolution
The consumer-protection supervisory authority is the Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, Inšpektorát SOI pre Trnavský kraj, Pekárska 23, 917 01 Trnava 1. Contact details are on the Slovak Trade Inspection website.
If you are a consumer, first request a remedy at matej@post.work. If we reject the request or do not answer within 30 days, you may refer the dispute to a competent alternative dispute resolution body. For residual consumer disputes this is generally the Slovak Trade Inspection.
