Terms

Terms of use

These terms apply to the public website, waitlist, technical audits, and hosted post.work beta unless a specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Last updated 11 August 2026.

Operator

The service is operated by Matej Lukášik, business ID 50113801, Ulica Hlboká 5943/14, 91701 Trnava, registered with Okresný úrad Trnava, živnostenský register č. 250-37148. Contact: matej@post.work.

Service scope

post.work provides managed automations for recurring work. Depending on the agreed specification, the service may include configuration, integrations, software automation, and AI components. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, and support are agreed in writing before paid work begins.

The hosted beta may change and may not be continuously available. post.work does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Technical e-commerce audit

A separately offered technical audit is digital content delivered electronically, such as a PDF or HTML report, evidence screenshots, a findings summary, and implementation instructions. The price, scope, and delivery method are shown before ordering.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you contract as a consumer at a distance, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost only if supply begins with your prior express consent, you acknowledge that the right will be lost, and you receive the confirmation required by law. If those conditions are not met, your statutory right remains available.

Where a service begins during the withdrawal period, the rules on an express request for early performance and proportionate payment for work already performed apply. Statutory remedies for defective performance remain unaffected.

Send a clear withdrawal or complaint statement to matej@post.work. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply where you buy wholly for your trade or profession.

Accounts and permitted use

You are responsible for your account, authorised users, and the accuracy of supplied materials. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, security circumvention, harmful content, or data processing without authority. Report a security incident or lost access promptly.

Customer materials and outputs

We use customer materials only as needed for the agreed work, secure operation, and support. Ownership of customer materials remains with the customer. Rights in outputs, reusable components, and software are set out in the specific engagement.

Automation and AI outputs can be wrong. Human review, approval, and responsibility are configured according to the risk of the relevant workflow.

Privacy and providers

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy notice. Browser storage and optional analytics are described under Cookies. Provider categories are listed under Service providers. Where post.work processes personal data for a business customer, the relevant obligations are covered by a data processing agreement.

Complaints and disputes

First report a problem to matej@post.work. Depending on the issue, we may correct or complete the work, provide a proportionate price reduction, or refund payment where required by law or agreement. Slovak law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

After a rejected remedy request or 30 days without a response, a consumer may seek alternative dispute resolution.
